This very spacious semi-basement unit, approximately 1,300-1,400 sq ft, has three bedrooms (one large bedroom and two smaller bedrooms), allowing up to three people to live there. Move-in begins May 1, 2026. Please contact us if you're interested. (Since there's only one bathroom, it's unlikely to accommodate more than four people. Ideally, one family. If not, only women can occupy up to three people.)
1. Separate side entrance.
2. Parking available. (6 spaces in front of garage.)
* Parking fee separate: $50 per car per month.
3. The semi-basement unit includes a kitchen & dishwasher, 1 full bathroom, a washer/dryer/refrigerator (newly installed 1-2 years ago), and a spacious living room.
4. Utilities include electricity, gas, water, and Bell Fibe500 (unlimited Wi-Fi).
5. Beds, furniture, and other basic amenities are provided, so you won't need anything else.
6. No pets, no smoking, no illegal drugs, and no parties.
7. Monthly Rent: $2,200 for 3 person family / $ 2,000 for 2 person family
8. Safety Deposit: $500 (If no restoration is required, the deposit will be fully refunded when you move out.)
9. Required Documents:
1) For students: Certificate of enrollment, credit report, and guarantor from one of your parents
2) For employees: Company letter, credit report, two most recent pay stubs and references, and a copy of your ID (passport, etc.)

The current tenant is living in the apartment, so I've uploaded photos taken before.
Other things to note...
H-Mart and Galleria are conveniently located, and Asian restaurants are nearby.
(Galleria is scheduled to move closer soon. ^^)
The bus stop is a 5-minute walk.
(If you Google Maps it, it takes 18 minutes to get to York University, which is close to my house, by public transportation.)
There's a large park nearby (G. Ross Lord Park), which is great for a walk. ^^
