Noah’s Cafeで、一緒にお店をつくってくれる仲間を募集しています。

名前はCafeですが、いわゆるカフェではありません。
ジャパニーズフュージョンの料理、クリエイティブなカクテル、音楽、そして人とのつながりを大切にする、バンクーバーのダイニング＆カクテルバーです。

【募集ポジション・給与】

■ サーバー
接客、料理・ドリンクの提案、オーダー対応、配膳、会計など。
採用時の時給：$18.25＋チップ

■ バーテンダー
カクテル・ドリンクの作成、カウンターでの接客、バーの仕込み・清掃など。
採用時の時給：$18.25＋チップ

■ マネージャー〈フルタイム〉
自ら接客に入りながら、日々の店舗運営、スタッフ育成、シフト管理、お客様対応、サービス品質の維持・改善を担います。
オーナーやキッチンチームと連携し、チームを支えながらNoah’sらしいお店づくりに取り組んでいただきます。
時給：$21〜$27＋チップ（経験・スキルに応じて決定）

全ポジション賄いあり。

【勤務条件】

■ サーバー／バーテンダー
・週3日以上勤務できる方
・出勤時間：17:00〜19:00の間
・退勤時間：22:00〜翌1:30の間
※勤務時間はシフトにより異なります。
・週末に勤務できる方歓迎

■ マネージャー
・フルタイム勤務
・勤務時間・スケジュールは店舗運営の状況に応じて相談のうえ決定

【全ポジション共通の応募条件】

・流暢に英語で接客ができる方
料理やカクテルの説明、注文対応、お客様やスタッフとの会話を英語でスムーズに行えるレベルが必要です。

・以下のいずれかの経験がある方
① 欧米（北米・ヨーロッパ）での飲食店勤務経験
② 日本で2年以上の社会人経験

・責任感があり、自分で考えて行動できる方
・チームワークを大切にし、忙しい時間帯も周りと協力できる方
・カナダで合法的に就労できる方
・有効なServing It Rightを取得済み、または勤務開始までに取得できる方

バーテンダー希望の方は、カクテル作りの実務経験がある方歓迎。

【マネージャーの追加応募条件】

・飲食店でのマネージャー、スーパーバイザー、またはシフトリーダー経験
・英語でのスタッフ指導や、お客様への臨機応変な対応ができる方
・忙しい時間帯も全体を見て、優先順位を判断できる方
・自ら動いてお手本を示し、チームを支えられる方
・長期的に店舗運営に関わりたい方

WE’RE HIRING — SERVERS, BARTENDERS & A FULL-TIME MANAGER

Join the team at Noah’s Cafe.
And no, we’re not really a café.

We’re a Japanese fusion dining & cocktail bar in Vancouver, bringing together creative food, cocktails, music, and human connection.

Our nights move fast. We care about the details, look out for each other, and make people feel welcome. We’re looking for people who want to help create the kind of night guests come back for.

POSITIONS & PAY

■ Servers
Welcome guests, recommend food and drinks, take orders, serve tables, and process payments.
Starting wage: $18.25/hour + tips

■ Bartenders
Prepare cocktails and drinks, look after guests at the bar, and keep the bar prepped, clean, and organized.
Starting wage: $18.25/hour + tips

■ Manager — Full-Time
A hands-on role combining floor service with day-to-day operations, staff training, scheduling, guest relations, and maintaining and improving service standards.
You’ll work closely with the owner and kitchen team to keep service running smoothly, support the team, and maintain the atmosphere and hospitality that make Noah’s feel like Noah’s.
Pay: $21–$27/hour + tips, depending on experience and skills

Staff meals provided for all positions.

SCHEDULE

Servers / Bartenders
• Availability for at least 3 days per week
• Shifts start between 5 pm and 7 pm and finish between 10 pm and 1:30 am, depending on the schedule.
• Weekend availability is a plus.

Manager
• Full-time position
• Working hours and schedule will be discussed based on the restaurant’s operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS

• Fluent or near-fluent English. You must be comfortable explaining food and cocktails, taking orders, and communicating clearly with guests and teammates.

• Applicants must meet at least ONE of these experience requirements:
— Previous restaurant experience in North America or Europe; OR
— At least 2 years of professional work experience in Japan.

• A reliable, proactive approach to work
• Strong teamwork and the ability to stay attentive during busy service
• Legal authorization to work in Canada
• Valid Serving It Right certification, or the ability to obtain it before your first shift

For bartender applicants, hands-on cocktail experience is an asset.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE MANAGER ROLE

• Previous experience as a restaurant manager, supervisor, or shift leader
• Strong English communication skills, including the ability to coach staff and handle guest concerns confidently
• The ability to prioritize and make sound decisions during busy service
• A hands-on approach to leadership, setting the example and supporting the team
• An interest in a long-term role helping the restaurant grow
