We’re looking for a full time and part time Kitchen Staff & Bakers to join our Bewicke team. If you enjoy baking, preparing quality food, and working in a fast-paced kitchen, we’d love to hear from you.
THE ROLE
Kitchen Staff & Baker
Key Responsibilities:
Morning Bakery Prep: Handling dough and baking items to ensure fresh quality
Preparing and assembling food items: prepping ingredients to assembling food with high quality presentation and flavor consistency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: Previous kitchen prep, baking, or back-of-house experience is required.
Baking Skills: Experience handling dough, preparing baked goods and developing new bakery items are an asset.
Kitchen Flow: Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Certification: A valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
Mindset: A proactive, positive, and calm attitude, with a strong sense of responsibility and pride in your work.
