Overview:

Responsibilities:
Engage with guests to create a friendly, energetic environment that encourages repeat visits
Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area in accordance with food safety standards
Handle cash transactions efficiently, balancing registers at shift end
Execute food service, including serving dishes and ensuring timely delivery
Monitor inventory levels of supplies, restocking as necessary to keep the dining area fully stocked
Qualifications:
Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Previous experience in food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order entry and cashiering
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
Time management skills to ensure prompt service during busy hours

■ 主な仕事内容
お客様への接客・ご案内を通じた、明るく活気のある雰囲気づくり
POSレジを使用したオーダー入力・会計業務
ホールや客席の清掃・整理整頓
現金の取り扱いおよびレジ締め業務
お料理やドリンクの提供、配膳
備品や消耗品の在庫確認・補充
食品衛生基準に沿った、清潔で安全な店内環境の維持
■ 応募資格・求める人物像
夕方以降・週末・祝日に勤務できる方
飲食店での勤務経験がある方歓迎（未経験者も応募可能）
明るく前向きな姿勢で、お客様に丁寧な対応ができる方
コミュニケーション能力があり、チームワークを大切にできる方
POSレジなどの操作経験がある方歓迎
食品衛生や適切な食品の取り扱いに関する知識がある方歓迎
忙しい時間帯でも、複数の業務を効率よくこなせる方
基本的な計算能力があり、正確に会計業務を行える方
