Seeking a friendly and outgoing individual with excellent people skills to provide a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Our guests range from hospital stays, international guests from all parts of the world such as Japan, Germany, Netherlands, etc., and returning guests.
Must have the ability to problem solve when working independently as well as be a positive team player when in a group setting.

Position:
Live-in Host (Must be able to work a minimum of 8 months contract)
Live-in Duties will include, but are not limited to:
Typical Shifts are 7 hours: 7:45am-2:45pm
(Days & times may vary due to seasonally; full day + some evenings)
Wage: $20/hr + free rent on site*
(3 months probation period)

 Responding to messages in a timely manner (various parts of the day)
 Checking guests in and out
 Providing excellent customer service
 Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
 Preparing and serving light breakfast
 Room turnovers (cleaning and preparing for new reservations)

*Free rent on site
(unpaid)
Duties must be completed:
 Ironing (3hrs-9hrs/week)
 Responding to messages in a timely manner (various parts of the day)
 Daily household chores
 Maintaining the exterior of the property (Snow and/or removal, cleaning foyer and entrance stairs)
 Addressing guest request during evening hours (ie. Extra pillows/blankets/messages)

 Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
 Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
 Physical stamina to perform housekeeping and maintenance tasks
 Confident with basic cooking skills
