About the Role
PhoneBox is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Sales &
Marketing team in Vancouver.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in Google Ads, paid digital
campaigns, and SEO who can help us grow our digital presence and improve customer
acquisition across multiple markets.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing campaigns, analyzing performance, testing
new ideas, and finding opportunities to improve results.
Key Responsibilities
● Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and other paid digital campaigns
● Monitor campaign performance, budgets, conversions, and key marketing metrics
● Conduct keyword and competitor research
● Support and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search visibility
● Analyze website and campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4)
● Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and customer acquisition
● Conduct A/B testing on ads, targeting, and landing pages
● Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations
● Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on digital marketing initiatives
Qualifications
● 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
● Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and paid campaigns
● Practical experience with SEO
● Experience with Google Analytics (GA4)
● Good understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and
conversion rate
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Ability to independently manage campaigns and priorities
Experience with Meta Ads, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, CRO, or multi-market
campaigns would be considered an asset.
