Part-Time Commercial & Industrial Cleaner
Location: 1st Ave & Boundary Rd, Vancouver, BC
Hours: 2 days/week | ~7 hours total per week
Shift: Evenings starting at 17:00 (5:00 PM)
Pay: $19.25/hour starting (with performance-based increase opportunities)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking cleaner to maintain both our office and production areas. This position requires someone detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable handling physically demanding tasks in a dusty industrial setting.
-Key Responsibilities-
• Office & Common Areas: Dusting, vacuuming, wiping down tables/countertops, and thoroughly sanitizing washrooms and lunchrooms.
• Factory Section: Sweeping floor areas, collecting debris, and disposing of waste materials.
• Maintain Quality: Complete routine tasks rapidly and efficiently while upholding high cleanliness standards.
-Requirements-
• Physical Fitness: Ability to perform continuous active work and lift at least 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, efficiency, and dependability.
• Environment: Comfortable working in a dusty factory setting.
