Wilder Snail is looking for an energetic and reliable team member to join us for afternoon and closing shifts! If you love coffee, enjoy connecting with people, and bring great energy to the floor, we’d love to meet you.
Position Details
Role: Afternoon / Closing Staff (Barista & Front of House)
Hours: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Wage: $18.25 / hour + Tips
Location: 799 Keefer St, Vancouver, BC V6A 1Y6
Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
What We're Looking For
Certifications: Food Safe Level 1 required.
Vibe & Personality: Welcoming, enthusiastic, and proactive with a high-energy attitude.
Communication: Conversational English required to interact smoothly with our community and team.
Barista / Hospitality Experience: Previous cafe experience is preferred, but passion for quality service and a willingness to learn are most important!
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing quality coffee and beverages.
Welcoming guests, taking orders, and maintaining a warm, clean atmosphere.
Managing the 7:00 PM shop closing procedures (cleaning, restocking, and securing the shop for the next day).
