Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Representative (Seasonal with Opportunity for Permanent Employment)
Pay: Starting from $3,300/month
Job Type: Full-time (Seasonal through approximately Christmas, with the possibility of becoming a permanent full-time position for the right candidate.)
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, BC
Schedule8-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) 5 days per week
Must be available to work 2–3 Saturdays per month (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM)

About Us
Beazu Wholesale is the largest importer of beads and jewellery components in Western Canada. We serve jewellery makers, retailers, designers, schools, Indigenous communities, and businesses across Canada and the United States.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, retail sales, online order fulfillment, and warehouse operations. If you enjoy staying busy, helping customers, and working in a supportive family business, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
• Pick, pack, and process online orders accurately and efficiently
• Pack and label beads and jewellery components
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming shipments
• Restock merchandise and maintain an organized warehouse and retail store
• Assist with general warehouse and store operations
• Provide excellent customer service in-store, by phone, and by email
• Assist customers with retail sales and product selection
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
Qualifications
• 1–2 years of customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent accuracy when handling orders
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting boxes up to approximately 40 lbs
• Interest in beading, crafts, or jewellery making is an asset
• Available to work Saturdays 2–3 times per month
