新しいスタートを迎えるUmiで、コミュニティ & ゲストエクスペリエンス・コーディネーターとして、ゲスト対応やチームのサポートを一緒に担ってくださる方を募集します。
【このポジションについて】
このポジションは、お客様とのコミュニケーションとSNSなどのオンライン発信の両方を担当します。
マネジメントやセラピストと連携しながら、Umiらしい落ち着いたトーンや、日本文化を大切にした雰囲気が、オンラインでも実際の接客でも伝わるようにしていきます。
施術を行うポジションではなく、スパトリートメントの提供はありません。

Umi Japanese Spa — Hiring Community & Guest Experience Coordinator
Umi Japanese Spa is a culturally grounded spa shaped by Japanese design, philosophy, and care.Our presence extends beyond the physical space—into how we communicate, share, and connect online.
We are seeking a thoughtful, grounded Community & Guest Experience Coordinator to support guest communication, create and manage marketing content, and maintain cultural alignment across all public-facing platforms.
【About the Role】
This role is responsible for both guest communication and digital presence, including the creation and coordination of content across social platforms.Working closely with management and therapists, the Coordinator ensures Umi’s voice remains calm, intentional, and culturally respectful—online and in person.This is a non-hands-on position and does not involve providing spa treatments.
【Key Responsibilities】
Marketing & Content Creation
• Create, schedule, and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other platforms
• Develop content ideas aligned with Japanese culture, seasonal rhythms, and Umi’s philosophy
• Capture and coordinate photos, short videos, and written content within the spa
• Maintain consistency of tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms
【Guest Communication】
• Support email, website, booking, and front-of-house communication
• Respond to guest inquiries with clarity and care
• Assist with announcements, updates, and experience-related messaging
【Group & Community Coordination】
• Coordinate private, corporate, and cultural group experiences
• Support scheduling and communication with therapists
• Ensure group experiences are intentional and well supported
【Team & Cultural Alignment】
• Support therapists through clear, thoughtful communication
• Help maintain experience standards and five-star guest care
• Uphold Japanese hospitality and cultural values in daily operations
【Who This Role Is For】
This role is well suited for someone who:
• Has experience with social media marketing and content creation
• Is comfortable creating short-form video and written content
• Has a background in hospitality, coordination, or administration
• Has an understanding of or strong interest in Japanese culture and design
• Speaks Japanese or is actively learning (a strong asset)
• Communicates calmly, clearly, and with discretion
This role prioritizes storytelling, continuity, and care over aggressive promotion.
【Employment Details】
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hourly Wage: $25+/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: Includes weekends; aligned with spa operating hours
• Spa Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Days of Operation: Seven days a week
• Location: 1338 W Broadway, Vancouver, BC
