Hi there we have a large vintage room, it is over 225 square feet, for one person only, there is two parts of the room, one for sleeping the other for studies. Both are connected and private for one student or working professional.
Bathroom and separate shower shared with one queer artist male who is a working professional. Only two people sharing both shower and bathroom.
Downstairs mixed gender students and working people. House is clean and no heavy drugs and drinkers. Its an artsy house for cool people. Please send e mail to starwisdomgoddess@gmail.com if you are interested to live with us.
Rent is 999.00 with all utilities and cleaning supplies/toilet paper included.
This room has been rented to Japanese students before and we had a good experience so we trust them.
Ty so much!
