We're looking for clean and tidy f3male international students or students with working visas to share this nice home. The suite is set up for housing international students, so it is fully furnished and will have all the things you'll need. If you have your own furniture, this may not be the right place for you.
Our house is located in a very safe and convenient location, a 10 minute walking distance from Marine Gateway Canada Line Station for access to transit, food and entertainment. Close to Langara college and UBC, with easy access to Richmond and downtown. Only 20 minutes to downtown via rapid transit, Canada Line.
Pricing Includes:
-Private furnished room at $900/room
-Shared bathroom with only two other tenants
-Shared kitchen and living space for tenants
-Your own entrance
-Includes heat, water, electricity, laundry, recycling, garbage disposal
-Includes high speed WiFi internet at 1 TB
-In house laundry once a week
