A share house near DT will be available from September 15th in a private room!
The location is just steps from the 12th and Kingsway. Kingsway x Fraser is just past the big park. There are new shops, cafes and restaurants. The Yoga Studio is also a 3-minute walk away.
There are also many nice cafes, restaurants and cute shops on Main Street, 3 blocks away. There is a mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping, and the Asian Grocery store (Kim's Mart) is within walking distance, so you can buy Japanese food cheaper than others.
* Rent:
Room 1: $ 800 September 15th
Internet, hydro, laundry all included
* Deposit: Half price of Rent
* Share kitchen, bathroom, living / dining.
* We are looking for people who can live from September 15th.
* Furnished private room, keyed, room with 2 windows, queen size bed, large desk, closet, nightstand, and plenty of space for yoga.
* There is a large backyard.
* Within 2-4 minutes walk to several nearby bus stops (99, 8, 9, 19), 15 minutes to downtown. There is a night bus. Central location, close to Skytrain Main, Commercial and City Hall Sky train stations.
* The lower floor is for women only, and the roommates are 3 Japanese women and 4 people share.
* Those who are looking for a short term are also welcome, so please contact us.
* You can rest assured that all contracts are made in accordance with BC law. I have never had a problem.
