Monthly Rent: $650 (includes utilities and wireless internet)
Deposit: $325
We have one private, single room avail from August 1st.
Our student/traveler building has 24 private, single rooms, with shared washrooms, showers, laundry and kitchen.
Our address is 796 Main street, Vancouver.
(We are located at the corner of Main and Union streets, near Chinatown.)
We are close to the Main and Stadium Skytrain Stations and buses 3,8,19.
Good for student or working visa...
Private rooms are furnished with bed, desk, chair, shelving.
Utilities: electricity, heat, and water are included in rent price.
Free wireless internet is provided.
Laundry machines are coin operated: one dollar per use.
Must stay for two months or longer. (We don't accept one month stay, sorry.)
Room in photos is an example of the room type available.
