Large and bright bedroom (with a large window and closet) available in a very convenient location at Metro-town
This is a comfortable and clean female-only shared house, and we are currently looking for a Female roommate (student or working holiday person) who is easy going, respectful of house rules, and likes cleanliness.
Utilities included: laundry machines (in-suite washer/dryer), high-speed WIFI, hydro (Electricity), central heater, hot/cold water
kitchen, bathroom, and living room are shared among the roommates (currently 3 JP females living here)
Great location, pretty close (1-minute walking distance) to Metro-Town Sky train station, well-known Metropolis Shopping Mall, Burnaby Public Library, recreation/sports Centre, Main bus loop, lots of cafés, restaurants, and shops in the neighborhood
Rent: $900 + half damage deposit
No smoke, no pets, no parties
No takeover
Minimum stay: 4 months
Payment method: Cash or E-transfer
Available: Oct 01 or (any day after September 18th)
