Hello,
We are a Japanese male and female looking for a place to live together in Vancouver.
📍 Preferred Area: Close to Downtown Vancouver (Mount Pleasant, Commercial–Broadway, Kitsilano also okay)
🗓 Move-in date: September 1st, 2025
👥 Occupants: 2 people (Japanese, one male and one female)
🏠 Preferred Type: Whole unit (apartment, suite, basement, etc.)
💰 Budget: Up to around $2,400 for both
🛋 Furnished preferred (but negotiable)
🚭 Both of us are non-smokers
We are quiet, clean, and responsible tenants.
We plan to stay long-term, and are looking for a trustworthy landlord.
