- This home located in a very quiet residential area Close to Brentwood Mall ( Lots of shops and restaurants )
- The home is very clean.

Furnished Bedroom Suite:

- A single bed with bedding sets with a blanket, a study desk, desk lamp and a chair. A closet in the room.
- In house with a Washer and Dryer to use.
- Kitchen Stove , microwave and a Fridge to use. Cookware and cutlery, Toaster, Hot water kettle and a Rice cooker will be provided.
- Dining Essentials Set will be provided ( cups, plates, bowls, chopsticks knifes, forks, and spoons etc..)
- Electricity, water, internet, heating and laundry fees are included in the rent.

Location:

Nearest intersection ( Midlawn Drive & Fairlawn Drive in Burnaby.)
Bus: Bus stop is front of the house.
