周辺は治安も良く、徒歩圏内にアジア系スーパーやカフェもあって生活しやすい環境です.
現在、女性3人でのルームシェアをしており、2人のルームメイトはどちらもとても優しく、フレンドリーな方たちです。
家賃：$1085/月
家具：私が使っていた家具でよければ、状態に応じて割引価格でお譲りします（希望があれば写真もお送りします）
バスルーム：ルームメイト1人と共有です
禁煙・ペット不可（契約ルールにより）

I’m returning to Japan in mid-August, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room starting September 1.
The condo is in a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from Royal Oak Station on the Expo Line.
The neighborhood is safe and comfortable, with Asian supermarkets and cozy cafes all within walking distance.
Currently, it’s a shared apartment with three room with two other female roommates and they are both friendly, kind, and easy to live with.
Rent: $1085/month
Furniture: If you’d like, I can sell you the furniture I’ve been using at a discounted price depending on the condition (photos available upon request)
Bathroom: Shared with one roommate
No smoking / No pets (as per building rules)
