You can move into the house in Burnaby from 2/1 because of the previous (Japanese) tenant is moving back home
Rent: $730 Basement
Half of the deposit rent
Housemate: 3 people including myself
Kitchen: Shared by 3 people
The general size of the refrigerator is shared by two people, and the smaller size is mainly used by the other person, but you can also use it!
The freezer has a different large size for corporate use, so it fits a lot!
Bathroom: shared by 2 people (for the other person in the master room with a bathroom)
Washing machines and dryers: As many times as you want a week is OK, there is no time specified
Everyone uses it, avoiding early morning and late night!

洗濯機、乾燥機：週何回でもOK， 時間も指定はないですが
早朝、深夜は避けてみんな使ってます！
