Skytrainに乗ってダウンタウンまで約15分で行けます。
Night Bus: N9のバス停も徒歩10分圏内にあります。
家は２階建てで、今回は1階の部屋が1つ空きます。
1階3つ部屋のシェアメイトは全員日本人女性です。
1階の個室（Room1East）8/1から 入居可。家賃＄720

Bathroomは合計３人でシェアしています。
2階の部屋のシェアメイトは５人全員女性です。
2階には別のバスルームが3つあります。
Living Room、Kitchen :冷蔵庫２つ、炊飯器は1階と2階全員でシェアします。
家賃はケーブルＴＶ、インターネット、光熱費、ランドリー込みになります。
いずれもノンスモーカーで、きれい好きの女性を募集しています。
１．部屋の予約には半月分のデポジットが必要です。
２．タバコは室内も庭も禁止です。パーティーと大きな音楽もご遠慮下さい。
３．女性の友達を連れてくるのは可能ですが、男性の友達はご遠慮下さい
４．3ヶ月のステイが必要です。

The location is on E15th Ave at Rupert St in Vancouver.
There are three big supermarkets in the neighborhood: Real Canadian SuperStore,
Save On Foods, Walmart.
About 10 minutes walk from this house to Rupert station. Alternatively, take bus number 27 from this house to the station in about 3 minutes.
It takes about 15 minutes by Skytrain to downtown.
Night Bus: The N9 bus stop is also within a 10-minute walk.
The house has two floors, one room on the 1st floor is available from 8/1.
The rent is. $ 720 / month.

Bathroom will be shared by a total of 3 people.
All sharemates are females on the 1st floor and 2nd floor.
The Living Room, Kitchen (2 refrigerators, 1 rice cookers) are shared by everyone on the 1st and 2nd floors.
Rent includes cable TV, internet, utilities and laundry.
We are looking for non-smoker female who like cleanliness.
1. A half-month deposit is required to reserve a room.
2. Tobacco is prohibited indoors and in the garden. Please refrain from parties and loud music.
3. It is possible to bring female friends, but please refrain from male friends
Minimum rental is three months.
