Sorry to disturb your dream but generally Japanese women are nice and cordial, they don’t usually say or act like they are annoyed by the random strangers approaching them. But if you are not connected by her by now by any means, she is not just interested in you. And you advertise her name & asking her to contact you is most likely scared her off. This kind of way to search a female who you met in neighborhood cafe or restaurants, she’s going to think you may turn into a stalker.
