今からtemporary resident visa の申請を米国でする予定なのですが、いくつか米国にカナダ領事館が西海岸にあります。必要書類は大体揃いました。ここで質問ですが

①シアトル・ロスにカナダ領事館があるのですが、どちらに応募したら処理が早いとかあるのですか？

②平均何日ぐらいかかるのでしょうか？夏場は込むので時間がかかるのでしょうか？

事前にビザ必要なんですか？
基本的に日本人はカナダ訪問のためのビザは必要ないですよ？

それと、アメリカから入国するのでしたら、Where Do I Apply?のところに
If you are from the United States, Greenland or St. Pierre and Miquelon, you can apply at　a Canadian port of entry.
とあるので、カナダ入国時にビザが降りるわけではなくて？
