Not one〜、 No all〜, No every〜とは言えないんですか？どういうときにNot〜, No〜を使い分けるんですか？

以下引用です。

To make a word, expression or clause negative, we use ’not’.
Not surprisingly, we missed the train. (NOT ... ’no’ surprisingly)

The students went on strike, but not the teachers.
(NOT ... but no the teachers)

I can see you tomorrow, but not on Thursday.
I have not received his answer.

We can use ’no’ with a noun or -ing form to mean ’not any’, or ’not a/an’.

No teachers went on strike. (=There weren’t any teachers on strike.)

I’ve got no Thursdays free this term. (=I haven’t got any Thursdays ...)

I telephoned, but there was no answer. (=There wasn’t an answer.)

NO SMOKING.

Sometimes sentences constructed with verb + not and no + noun have similar meanings. The structure with ’no’ is usually more emphatic.
There wasn’t an answer. / There was no answer.

極端に直訳したとき、NOは名詞を、NOTは動詞を修飾しているかと考えます。

I have NO time. 時間がない事を保持する＝時間が無い
No one is perfect. 無人が完璧＝誰も完璧ではない＝完璧な人はいない
I have NOT got any time.
He is NOT handsome.
She does NOT run quickly.
（上３文は訳無しで大丈夫と判断します）
Not all the students speak English.
Not everyone here knows the answer.
これらもNOTは動詞を修飾していますね。（〜では無い。）


②の極端例を使って、極端に以下を考えてみました。（むりやりですので難しかったです）

Not one is perfect.人間が完璧な事はない
No all the students speak English.生徒皆が英語を喋らない（正しい文章とは正反対の意味）
No everyone here knows the answer.誰も答えを知らない（こちらも真逆）



①の説明でもありました様に、NOTでもNOでも結果似たような意味に成る事があるかもしませんが、文頭にあるNOやNOTは意味が逆になる、ということが、上記の極端例をしてみて分かりました。
