Even though the teachers suck at teaching, you can improve English very much if you have like a high motivation toword studying English.

Yep ! Sometimes the teacher is not so bad, either, but thinks in a different way from the student... Perhaps the teacher uses a lot of abstract ideas and the student does best in practical things.
The students who are happy should stay and the students who find it hard should join a club that does what they are interested in. Later they can take a course in their own subject of interest.
A soccer or tennis club would be good for you.

improve English → improve your English
have like a high motivation → are highly motivated
toword → toward (towardsでもOK)
