簡単な質問ですみません。
①『SAMURAI』とプリントされたTシャツを彼はよく着る。
He often put on a T-shirt printed with "SAMURAI".

②『さようなら』と書かれた紙が机の上においてある。
There is a paper written with "Good Bye" on the desk.

でよろしいでしょうか？なんか間違っているような・・・

①　He often wears a T-shirt with "SAMURAI" printed on it.
②　There is a note that says "good bye" on the desk. 　

私ですと
1. I often see him wearing a T-shirt that says "SAMURAI."
2. There’s a piece of paper that says "good-bye" on the desk.
とでも言うかなと思います。
"put on" は「着ている」という『状態』より「着る」という『行為』を意味するため、この文章の意味だと動詞は"wear"を用いたほうがいいように思います。Good luck!
