I’m sorry, I know this is not the best place to post my Ad but I’m not sure where to post it. I’m wanting to find a good Japanese friend, but not a language exchange. I’m a Canadian guy who’s learning to speak Japanese. I already have a language exchanging friend but I would like to find a Japanese friend with *OK* or *good* English ability. My goal is to find a good friend here in Vancouver and maybe one day travel with them to Japan! (but a strong friendship first)
I turned 25 not too long ago. English is my native language. I work as an Artist! If you’re a creative person or enjoy art I’m sure we could be good friends! I’m a kind/normal person with a interest in Japan!
Hey Tal. This section is for love romance.

?? Nothing is wrong with his English.
I’m assuming the sentences are written simply for non-native English readers to understand easily.

Besides, like Japanese, there’s so many ways of writing. Maybe you’re defining "correct" and "incorrect" English from a what-I-learned-at-school point of view, but from a NATIVE point of view, it makes perfect sense.
Does it matter if he’s a good writer or not? Does it even matter what level of English it is? Is everyone expecting him to write an essay on JP Canada just to find friends?
