I am looking for a responsible female tenant who is clean / quiet / only do light cooking to share the space with. These qualities are very important to me. I like to be pretty low key at home and I prefer the tenant not to have friends over unless it's to meet up before going out. The house is close by Swan Lake in a quiet neighborhood. About 5 mins walk to bus stops that can take you to Uvic, uptown and downtown. The bus that takes you to the ferry terminal is also about 5 mins walk away. The location is very convenient. It is about 10 mins walk to Thrifty Foods/Walmart/Save on Foods or take the bus to Fairway Market. There is street parking if you have a car.

できれば長期滞在できる日本人の入居者を募集しています。（相談可）
他の入居者（女性オーナー）は働いているので基本的な家のルールを守れる方でお願いします。デポジットは家賃の半額＄450です。

パーティー、喫煙、ドラッグ関係、ペット
安全のため家に人を呼ばないで下さい。家での待ち合わせなどは大丈夫です。
