its a 2 bedroom apt, quite spacious, bus-stops/plazas/restaurants nearby 5min walk. Very well kept, parking laundry available, its fully furnished, rent is 2050/month= 1025/person + utilities wife+electricity aprox 30-60/person total usually 80-100. So 1025+utilities 30-60$. Here are some pictures
