⏰ Work Schedule
🔹 All new hires will start Part-Time before moving to Full-Time.

Full-Time:
● 6–8 hours/day
● 4–5 days/week

Part-Time:
● 6–8 hours/day
● 2–3 days/week

🕒 Shifts scheduled within store hours: 10:00 AM – Midnight
🚍 Please check transit schedule before you apply.

★Server Position (Front of House)
Requirements:
-Must speak, read, and understand English
-Previous serving experience required
-Must obtain Serving It Right

Duties:
-All front restaurant service duties
-Explaining menu items to customers (menu study is required upon hiring)
-Assisting kitchen when not busy


★Kitchen Staff Position
Requirements:
-Cooking experience required
-Must understand English

Duties:
- All Kitchen related Tasks
- Prepping ingredients
- Making Tempura
- Preparing Teriyaki & Entrée dishes
- Making Sushi & Rolls
- Washing dishes
- Cleaning work areas
- Plating food
- Assisting servers when not busy
