It’s available for anyone male or female at *3176 W 34th Ave,   Vancouver, BC V6N 2K2*. My name is Viney , 28 years. I am a native of Vancouver BC born and brought in East Vancouver. The house has been maintained properly over the years and I’ll like whoever taking it up to continue with the trend by keeping the house clean always. We want someone smart and friendly to take up the room. The rent is $980 monthly ( utilities included) and the lease agreement is month to month. The house is available from April 21st There’s no strict house rules as you’ll be fully incharge of your room with your privacy protected.
