We are only looking for a female student or female young professional who is responsible, friendly and tidy to live with us. We are a family of 5 who live upstairs and we have a Japanese student occupying the 1/3 rooms on the ground floor.

-Rooms available mid July 2026- $1000/monthly
- Clean shared space on the ground floor with new furniture.
- Included: Utilities, once a week laundry (shared w/owners), high speed internet/WIFI, Netflix, and heat/AC .
- 1 Bus ride to UBC, Langara, downtown, Richmond, or Metrotown (3 minutes walk to bus stops), skytrain station 5-10 min bus ride away. Community center/library/secondary schools very close by.
-Grocery: 88 Supermarket, Chong Lee Supermarket, Independent and much more. Lots of restaurants close by as well!
- Sorry no pets, no smoking/vaping, drugs, no parties or overnight guests. Room is only for single occupancy.
-min stay of 6 months or more preferred.

Additional info: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the ground floor. Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom.
