Close to Langara college and UBC, with easy access to Richmond and downtown. Only 20 minutes to downtown via rapid transit, Canada Line.

-Private furnished room at $900/room
-Shared bathroom with only two other tenants
-Shared kitchen and living space for tenants
-Your own entrance
-Includes heat, water, electricity, laundry, recycling, garbage disposal
-Includes high speed WiFi internet at 1 TB
-In house laundry once a week
