My name is Leo, I am 27 years old and currently working full-time in construction in Vancouver.
I am looking for a long-term place to stay and would like to move in as soon as possible. I am a quiet, respectful and clean person. Most of my time is spent working, going to the gym, studying AI and using my computer. I do not smoke, do not party, and I always clean up after myself.
I have experience living with roommates and I respect shared spaces and house rules. I am financially stable and can pay rent and deposit on time.
I am interested in viewing the room. Could you please let me know if the living room space is private or shared, and whether occasional weekend visits from my girlfriend are allowed?
