• 1 min walk to 136 bus 🚌 (this goes to Brentwood Station as well)
• 10 min walk from Brentwood Skytrain Station or Holdom Skytrain Station
• 2 min drive
Available as early as: anytime in May 2026

• Must be a dog lover

The Space: 130 sqft. room with a closet and will be FULLY FURNISHED (just bring your clothes!)
• Organized but shared washroom with mostly me
All-Inclusive: Rent covers everything! High-speed Internet, Heat, AC, Electricity/Water
Convenience: In-suite laundry and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
Organization: I value a tidy home and have organized storage space available for your things.
Amenities: The building has a full gym with squat rack too, a meeting/party room and a billiard room.

🐶THE DOG🐶
I have a 20lb, female, 9.5 year old french bulldog. I’m looking for someone who is a dog lover and comfortable living with a pet. (My dog is not friendly with other animals)

🏡RENT OPTIONS🏡
I’m offering 2 tier options!
1. $1,300/month: Standard all-inclusive rent. No responsibilities for the dog, just enjoy her company!
2. $975/month: A discounted rate for someone that is willing to help me look after the dog (especially if we were away)
