Looking for a tenant who wants to live in a secondary bedroom (セカンドベッドルーム). The apartment is just right upward the New West Skytrain Station. There are a lot of markets (Save on Foods, Safeway, River Market, Shoppers) and restaurants (Korean BBQ, togo sushi, pizza, Chinese restaurants) in the Skytrain shopping mall. CIBC, TD, Scotiabank, BMO are all just nearby. It's very convenient to go anywhere. it's about 25-30 mins to go downtown (Waterfront) by one Skytrain only (no need to switch to bus), 10 mins to Metrotown and 3 mins to Douglas College on foot. Also, it's very convenient to ILAC, SELC, SFU and any ESL language school DT.

The rent information:
-$1000 monthly + the deposit $500 (deposit will be returned when you move out if there is nothing damaged). Long-term (6 months or longer) tenant may discuss for $900 monthly
-Private bedroom with living-room bathroom in the 2 beds and 2 baths unit ( You will use the bathroom at most time only by yourself, no roommate shares but guests may use at rarely situation)
-Big mirror-closet, study desk and chair, bed, lamp are included
-Electricity, water and Internet are included
-In-suite brand new luxury $3000 LG laundry set for free
-At least 3 months stay
-A tenant must keep their own bedroom and bathroom clean
-English-language living environment, studied in China or have studied Chinese language or familiar with Chinese culture would be bonus asset

Rent Rules:
- No smoking, no drugs or any illegal activity
- No pet
- No party, quiet environment
- Really tidy place, so tidy bedroom and bathroom user in order of priority
- Have some common sense for taking care of home
- Must hold valid documents including study permit, working holiday visa, PR, or any equivalence
