I'm looking for someone who can use the big room in the Kerrysdale apartment quietly (total of 2 people living). you'll be comfortable to stay alone all most everyday!
There is a bus stop right in front of my house (If you take No. 16, you can go to Downtown in about 20 minutes, walk for about 5 minutes and take R4 to Joyice station get off Oak Ridge and take the Canadian Line, and you can go to Down town or Richmond).
There are Save on Food, London drugs , Sharpers, and all Banks near my house, and there are Big Way chinese Hotpot, Sushi Restaurant, Danbo, Tim Holton Starbucks Honorulu Cafe, Faubourg Cafe, 24-hour McDonald's, White Spot, and a baked pizza restaurant , and a Korean restaurant Chico Chicken, and a famous Chinese bakery (michele cake shop) in 5 minutes away. The
neighborhood is quiet and it's a neat rich village without homeless.. Come and see the house!!
