The room is available on May 1st 2025. It's located near No. 1 road & Steveston Hwy in Richmond.

Looking for a clean and friendly female tenant (due to sharing bathroom with other female tenants). You'll have a comfortable furnished bedroom and a nice and big shared bathroom (please see the bathroom pics) with only two other lady housemates. All current tenants are super nice and kind, they are keeping the house very clean and cozy.

Shared spaces on the first floor include a spacious living room, kitchen, dining room, a backyard and laundry room. High-speed WIFI is included.

We prefer someone who work/study full time, must be clean, responsible and honest. Rent is 850/month + utilities (average cost around $40/month).
