Fully furnished, clean bedroom on 2nd floor - perfect for a female student (local or international), who seeks a quiet room to study and relax.
Convenient location: You just walk a few minutes to 41st Avenue where 41 or R4 Express bus heading west to UBC, and Oakridge Skytrain Station (Canada Line); heading east to Joyce Skytrain Station (Expo Line).
Internet and Laundry access (2 loads a week) are included. You only pay 15% on Hydro and Gas bills (current yearly average: around $34 per month).
