Hello, we have a private bedroom with its own entrance available in a gorgeous shared house. There are 8 bedrooms and 2 kitchens in the upper unit. You will share 1.5 bathrooms with 4 other people. This room is not for a couple, sorry.
We're making every effort to keep the common spaces in the house thoroughly clean. If you are not confident in cleaning and tidying up, please do not apply.

Rent: $880
Available date: Now (minimum 5 months lease)
Room size: 4.8 x 3.1 m (160 sqft)
Furnished: double size bed, bedding, desk, desk chair, desk lamp, sofa chair, dresser, bookshelf etc.
Current housemates: 4 Canadians, 1 Irish, 1 Japanese, 1 Indian, 1 American (mixed gender and occupation, average age: around 30)
Utilities included in rent: Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, laundry (washing machine & dryer), and cleaning supplies (paper towels, cleaners, dish soap, etc.)

Others:
- Cleaning duties are assigned to each room by area.
- Each bedroom is equipped with a door lock.
- You are free to use cooking utensils such as dishes, pans, and pots.
- Security deposit = half of the rent
- No pet, no smoking
- Please keep quiet at night.
- You may bring friends to the house, but they can only stay for a maximum of six nights per month as this is a shared house.
Access:
- 20 minutes from Langara-49th Avenue Station or Marine Drive Station by bus and walking (1 zone)
- Bus #22 brings you here from downtown (Waterfront Station) for about 45 minutes without transferring (#N8 runs all night)
- 20 minutes from Langara Collage by Bus (#49)
