Laneway's primary furnished bedroom, with an ensuite private bathroom, is bright and clean.

Available December 1, 2024, monthly rent for the master bedroom (about 170 SF) in the laneway house, with a full private bathroom, is $1200 for one person, including all utilities and Internet. The kitchen range, refrigerator, and sink are shared. Each tenant has a reserved cabinet space in the kitchen. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen/living room cooking area.

This primary bedroom is on the second floor and faces the sunny south, so it has much sunlight and is very bright with a skylight. No rooms are adjacent to this primary bedroom on the four sides.
This bedroom has a single bed, student desk, chair, and night table.

Approximate 15 minutes by bus (#8) to Downtown and 25 minutes to UBC by bus #49. Less than 5 minutes walk to a bus station. Ten minutes by bus (#49) to Cambie and 49th Skytrain station.

The house is on the east side of Vancouver within walking distance (half a block west of Fraser Street) to all five major banks, shops, restaurants, post office, library, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Buy Low Food. It is also very close to an eclectic range of boutiques, local grocery stores, and Langara College, which are within walking distance.

No pets, no late parties, no heavy drinkers.

The tenant agrees not to smoke tobacco or cannabis on the premises.

Suitable for people who always pay rent on time.

A potential tenant's credit score, rental references, employment or income may be requested and verified.

The tenant's name and identity may be checked by examining the tenant's government-issued ID.
