Hello! I’m renting out a one-bedroom unit for short-term stays!
You can stay alone or share it with up to two friends. It’s a more comfortable option than sharing with others!
Location: It’s a ground-level apartment located just a 13-minute walk from Vancouver City Hall and the King Edward Canada Line station. It’s in a safe and beautiful neighborhood.
Transportation: There’s a bus stop right in front of the building with the 33 bus, and it’s only two stops to downtown Yaletown, so it’s super convenient! It takes about 10 minutes by car to get downtown.
Duration: The unit is available starting October 5th, with a rental period until November 19th. Move-in and move-out dates are flexible, but I’m only accepting stays of one week or more.
Capacity and Pricing: It’s available for up to two guests. The price is $1,600 for one person or $2,000 for two people (monthly). After that, it’s $60 per day if you’d like to stay longer. If you plan to stay for six weeks, we can discuss a price adjustment!
Included: The unit comes fully furnished with a washer, dryer, basic appliances, kitchenware, laundry detergent, toilet paper, tissues, seasonings, rice, towels, and high-speed internet—all utilities are included!
Please note that pets, smoking, parties, and drugs are not allowed.

場所: バンクーバー市役所とキングエドワードのカナダラインから徒歩13分の低層アパートです。安全で美しい地域です。
交通: 家の前に33番のバス停があり、ダウンタウンのイエールタウンまで2駅なので、便利です！車でダウンタウンまでは約10分です。
期間: 10月5日から入居可能で、11月19日までの期間です。入居と退去の日時は調整可能ですが、短期は1週間以上の滞在のみ受け付けています。
人数と価格: 最大で二人まで宿泊可能で、女性のみ受け付けています。一人の場合は1600ドル、二人での利用は2000ドルです（1ヶ月料金）。その後、希望があれば1日60ドル（1人）です。6週間滞在予定の場合は価格調整も可能です！
含まれるもの: 洗濯機、乾燥機、基本的な家電、家具、キッチン用品、洗濯用洗剤、トイレットペーパー、ティッシュ、調味料、米、タオル、インターネットなど、光熱費はすべて含まれています！
ペット、喫煙、パーティー、薬物は禁止です。
リビングルームと寝室は広々としているので、友達と一緒に使うのも、一人で使うのも快適です！二人で滞在する場合は、サイドベッドと布団も用意します。
