Looking for a mature male or female to occupy a spacious master bedroom of a shared 3-bedroom condo unit. Five minutes walk to Skytrain Lougheed station and Lougheed town center mall. The condo is strategically located near Walmart, Pricemart, McDonalds etc..

The big sized room has a huge built in cabinet, 1 queen sized bed with in suite full bathroom and a study table. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and terrace are shared with 2 tenants. Enjoy the included use of amenities indoor pool, sauna and hot tub.

Electricity, furniture as well as all cooking utensils supplies included in the rent

Restrictions: No smoking, minimum 6 months, max 2 persons
