You just need to share the dining room, bathroom, kitchen (supplied with cooking ware, utensils) and Laundry room with other female tenants (Japanese Only ) living in the house.
Tenants and owner are living in separate levels / entrances.
Bus # 20: only 2 minutes walk to bus stop, 15 – 20 minutes to Downtown by bus or 7 - 10 minutes to Downtown by sky train.
The location is supper convenient : near Broadway-Commercial sky train station/ quiet area (10 minutes by walking or 5 minutes by bus # 20 to Broadway station) / grocery stores , restaurants , banks... are just in walking distance. There's a public Library and Trout Lake park/community centre is near by as well.
No smoking / No pets allowed in the house.
