Hello,
I came across your post here on the JPCanada bulletin. Our rent is CA$900 per month which includes utilities, internet, and shared laundry.
You can move in from the 20th of September, but there is a condition, which we can discuss if you are interested.
The room is part of three bedrooms in a basement suite. Two of the rooms are occupied by my wife and myself, and my wife's cousin.
The room that is being rented is private. You can study peacefully. We respect privacy and maintain a quiet and clean environment at all times. A key for your room will also be provided for your own peace of mind.
We are not located downtown, but we are situated in an area that is close to transit. About 15-20 minutes to Marine Drive Canada Line Station. There is also a bus that directly goes Downtown from near our residence.
