About the rooms
Each room is fully furnished in garden level suite with brand new bathroom.
Choose from a bunk bedroom or a queen bedroom but both mut be taken together.
Both rooms are currently available for $1250 each. Both rooms need to be rented together for $2500. Open to couples or two people in each room. Maximum 3-4 persons occupancy, but most comfortable for 2, one per room.
Absolutely No smoking, no pets, as this is my own home and cared for.
Furnished with a fridge, instant pot and if you need a hotplate. Your own private entrance and garden oasis in a quiet neighborhood near the Canada Line.
We are a family living on the upper floor, no late parties. We keep to ourselves and are rarely home due to the kids’ activities.
It is within a large home in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. (Oakridge/Langara) The best central location as walking distance to Canada Line, Langara, easy access to Downtown and UBC.
