We have a spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom ground floor suite of a house, for rent near knight street and Kingsway (20th ave). Very quiet and family orientated neighborhood. Private entrance with security system. Very clean suite, and neighborhood is great and safe. NOT furnished
Close to save on foods, bus stops, library, restaurants, banks, schools, parks, etc...
Looking for stable, respectable longer term tenant(s) that are not partiers or smokers. No pets, subletting, drug use or partying. If interested please email me with information about yourself and whomever would be living with you (job/school, personality/ lifestyle, etc...). In no rush, we are looking for tenants that are the right fit for us.
Rent is $2,000 per month, includes utilities (if utilities are not used responsibly then price will be increased).
