Very high-end building. It is about 620sf total. Renovated, furnished, central air conditioning, building has concierge on duty. The rent is $2500 per month. Six-month lease minimum. Free laundry on the same floor (not in the suite).

Requires steady job or bank statements, to show ability to pay rents on time. Also, local reference from one past landlord, and the existing landlord, for paying rents on time and tidiness. I will also check your credit background. If you choose to pay the last month rent AND the deposit up front, I will not need a credit check. Deposit is half month rent. Move in fee $200, and move-out is $200. Note: tenants must buy their own insurance before getting the keys. Hook up your own BCHydro electricity account.

Note: no parking for this unit. No locker for this unit either. Tenants must be clean, responsible, and quiet. Sorry, no pet, no smoking, no outside shoes in Condo. Note: the landlord’s insurance requires an inspection every month. If the conditions worsen significantly, you must move out.
