I am looking for a roommate for a large 2 bedroom apartment. You will be living with one person only myself a female canadian from Vancouver. The room is large and has a big closet, dresser and bed. It can be unfurnished if you have your own furniture for bedroom
The apartment is large with a big kitchen, large living room and bathroom. laundry is in the building.
There is a bus stop right in front of building that goes to canada line which is then 15 min to downtown. \or there is the granville st bus and oak st bus a few blocks away straight to downtown about 30 minutes
I do have a large dog and cat so you must love animals but they do not go in your room.
LOCATION IS NEAR GRANVILLE AND 7OTH AVE
IT IS AVAILABLE NOW OR MARCH 1ST. Monthly rent is $1100 which includes heat, internet and cable. Hydro is not included and will be split 50/50 every 2 months. $550 damage deposit
