I am looking for a roommate for a den room available to move in any date this month or March.
If you come and see it in person, you will feel that it is bigger than the picture.

2.1) Mart - H-Mart, IGA, 7-Eleven (about 10 minutes on foot), Costco (right below)
2.2) Cafes - JJ bean, Blenz, Starbucks, Tim Horton (about 10 minutes on foot)
2.3) Nearby stations - Chinatown Station (right in front), Yaletown Station (10 minutes on foot)
In addition to the above amenities, there are many other convenient facilities, so accessibility is very good.
