My name is Michael and I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 Bedroom apartment unit in Central Richmond. The unit is furnished and is available to move in.


The rent will be $880 per month (including High Speed ​​internet and utilities electricity, water , heat). The unit will be shared with myself, my 2 cats. There is a shared paid laundry room available in the building. The space includes a shared kitchen, bathroom, dining/living room area, and balcony.



The unit is located in one of the most convenient and desirable locations in Richmond. It is in close proximity to Canada Line and grocery stores:

5-minute walk to Kwantlen University
